For the fourth time this year, PG&E rates are going up. This time state regulators approved a 2.7% increase which amounts to $6 more on an average bill every month.

Most States are also forcing all new homes off gas heaters :smh. So it's not only high costs in the summer due to AC and heat, now you'll have high winter fees due to low temperatures.
