I am going to say this I prefer 40+ arguing over rap albums then anyone around 20 years old. Most 40+ and 50+ people grew up in a generation where hip-hop was hip hop. Kendrick Lamar is a breath of fresh air to the new generation. My generation understood the assignment with Kendrick Lamar. I’m glad he’s being exposed to the rest of the world now because this is how real hip-hop supposed to sound. Lil Wayne had his day before the drugs and crap took over his mind.
