I'm really surprised I found no active grilling threads during this the peak of Grilling Season. Did everyone buy a Power XL Grill? I actually did, Tried it and I've got no complaints. But it doesn't replace my outdoor units.
I've actually tried this method shown in this video. Its pretty much now my number one process. The products he uses are optional and the process can be used for baby back ribs, just adjust your temps.... your numbers.
