Haley Joel Osment is speaking out and apologizing for using an antisemitic slur during his arrest.
The actor was arrested on April 8 at the Mammoth Mountain ski resort on suspicion of public intoxication. On Thursday, the Mono County District Attorney’s office announced that Osment was charged with public intoxication and cocaine possession and due to be arraigned on July 7.
After bodycam footage and other videos were obtained and released by TMZ, Osment could be overheard calling an officer driving him to jail a “fucking Nazi” and used the K-word. Osment is now apologizing for his language saying he’s “absolutely horrified” by his behavior.

“Had I known I used this disgraceful language in the throes of a blackout, I would have spoken up sooner,” Osment said in a statement shared with People magazine. ”The past few months of loss and displacement have broken me down to a very low emotional place.” (Osment’s home was reportedly one of the many lost in the Eaton fire in Los Angeles.)
“But that’s no excuse for using this disgusting word. From the bottom of my heart, I apologize to absolutely everyone that this hurts. What came out of my mouth was nonsensical garbage — I’ve let the Jewish community down and it devastates me. I don’t ask for anyone’s forgiveness, but I promise to atone for my terrible mistake,” he said.

In other bodycam footage of the arrest obtained by TMZ, officers could be seen searching Osment and later discovering a $20 bill with an unknown substance inside that they presumed to be cocaine. A witness could also be seen telling an officer that Osment was drinking at a nearby bar and he became “argumentative” and tried to get on a ski lift despite not having a board, but employees wouldn’t let him and called police.
Osment was previously arrested in 2006 and charged with misdemeanor drunk driving after he was injured in a car accident.

He’s been popping up as of late.. he was on that show the boys.. he was in that movie blink twice.. pretty sure he had other movies he was in 2024/2025
