I thought this was @Dr. Truth bait and we were going to see flat Japanese titties.....
The two places most famous for okonomiyaki are Hiroshima and Osaka/Kansai. They generally both have cabbage, egg, batter, and meat/seafood. Osaka is more popular and has the cabbage and other ingredients mixed together (except bacon, which is laid flat so it cooks thoroughly).
Hiroshima-style is generally confined to the Hiroshima area and is layered instead of mixed together. Hiro-yaki always has noodles. Elsewhere, okonomiyaki with noodles is called "Modan(modern)-yaki."
