We got to stop this narrative that chicks make men do stuff. They don't. Men are responsible for their own actions. Yes women influence mens behavior but I have rarely seen situations where a woman causes a man to do shit that he wouldn't already do. Those type of gasoline chicks are rare.
We as men have to take responsibility for our own actions whether a female is present or not. What rationale man is going to risk his life because he is worried his chick will talk shit. That's ridiculous on it's face. I don't listen to 70% of what my chick say you think I am going to let her put a battery in my back in a life or death situation. The other dude didn't have a chick with him it didn't stop him from killing.
I've actually seen more men influence other men's behavior than women. When the homies around is when dudes want to act tough. They are more scared to look like a punk in front of their boys than in front of a chick. But either way if you are a grown man and don't have autonomy over your own actions than you ain't a man.
We all need to see the actual tape unedited to see what actually happened.
We need to see who pulled their gun out first. If the boyfriend attempted to go in his bag, or even motioned that he was going in his bag and got shot. Then the shooting was warranted.
We also need to see who the aggressor was.
That's the thing, if the dude who shot him pulled out his gun first or was was talking about his gun first then...
We really need to see the tape and it'd be great if there was audio, but we know that there's probably no audio.

I seen the same situation but it turned out different. This happened at what used to be the Hecht's in Friendship Heights, DC. Dude peeped another man's woman a second too long and got caught. The bf yelled at him "go get yours, man, that's mines". A few seconds of back and forth ended with the offender complimenting the man that he did good. They give each other a pound and that was it.
