Health Heads - Ever try this one? Meat-Fish-Eggs-Fruit-Vegetables?

Seems simplistic in nature of course will need to resist cravings for foods outside of these five items.

While my personal diet is fairly clean, I'm always looking to improve. I'm going to give this a try for the entire month of October, only eating these five items in different combinations for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

What say you?

I’ve been eating like that since March of this year, but I cut out alcohol in Dec 23. I intermittent fast 16/8 or 18/6 depending on my day. I’ve lost 36 lbs from March to now without working out, but I intend to start soon. For me, eating like this has been so easy and I don’t feel like I am missing anything. I get my carbs from grapes, watermelon, cherries, and blueberries. Meat is mostly lamb loin chops in the air fryer and wild caught cod or salmon. My cheat meal is Brazilian food that consists of steak, chicken, plantains, and Brazilian collard greens and cabbage

I like it.. cutting soda and bread alone should knock 10lbs off of you on a month...try to totally avoid processed sugar and a nod to my guy on the intermittent fasting.
