He fucked up and had his finger on the trigger and shot him by accident, but it was easier for him to get out of this by saying he shot to try and protect him. If that was you or me we would be felons.

to purposely shoot a person that is unarmed, not posing a risk, laying down, hands raised............and not get found guilty on attempted manslaughter or even aggravated assault........shit is a disgrace.
had it been us shooting a cop, we'd get charged with and found guilty of attempted capital murder.
the justice system is just a fuckin slap in the face. what the fuck is reform when the justice system wont stand for someone who is doing everything right?
fuck the police and fuck the justice system.

So nothing?...nothing at all?...just a "my bad" type situation?...shit...if I had put that whole thing as a scene in a movie people would have said it is unrealistic that police would have shot that man in that manner

This is,why I laugh at the people that says "If,he just complied,he would be alive now"....

And,the sad part, he wasn't originally the the guy the race soldiers was point the guns at. It was the other guy but the therapist had to rush down there tell them, the other guy is mentally retarded and he end up being shot.

Where the black and brown coalition people at?

This part right here....

Aledda, a then four-year member of the North Miami police force and a SWAT team member, said he thought Kinsey's life was in danger and was trying to shoot Rios-Soto but missed.

If I as a citizen say I thought John Doe was a threat, but I accidentally shoot Joe Public instead that is not negligence....that is at least improper discharge of a forearm, attempted manslaughter or something.....

I stand corrected.....Florida is FUCKED

But it can be difficult for accidental shootings to be considered recklessness or negligence under the statute. In a tragic 2015 case, a man accidentally pulled the trigger of a gun while twirling it on his finger, fatally shooting a pregnant woman in the head. Prosecutors did not press charges because the unintentional shooting did not rise to the standard of "culpable negligence" or a "showing reckless disregard for human life." As Chief Assistant State Attorney Ric Ridgway told 48 Hours' Crimesider at the time, "If you're just being careless with a gun and it goes off, that's not a crime."

That's the Assistant State Attorney...."being careless with a gun and it goes ofoff, that's not a crime"....Sir the public wpuld vehemently disagree

cacs will run with this. So if they show up at a BLM protest and start twirling a gun and it goes off and murks someone they'll get a slap on the wrist

He fired three shots it wasn't an accident. If the police were trying to save Kinsey from the autistic man then why was Kinsey handcuffed and left bleeding for fifteen minutes? I have never heard any reporter ask this question.

Attempted murder?? These DA's purposely over charge these ppl knowing damn well they cant meet that burden in court
That's what they're doing in the Georgia case, by charging that cop with capital murder they're assuring an acquittal.
