They have a really great staff and look out for black people. I remember when it 1st opened and tickets were hard to get, they would look out for the black people at the door and get them in.

All I remember thinking was the perseverance and endurance of our people is immeasurable. Bucket list to go back and spend the whole day to take it all in.

If you are back in the area, check out the Reginald Lewis museum in Baltimore. It’s some good stuff over there. Original stuff. You won’t have any problems getting in, or white people throwing canned goods at a picture…
