1. Will this administration actually give you the money

2. Will you get it in one large sum or some 20 year payput and will you get the full amount over time. If it's installments, can I give the rest to beneficiaries if I die before payout is complete

3. What are the tax implications and how much would actually go in my pocket.

The money will have to be in the currency to whatever country you relocate too.

You will have to find a country that is stable politically and economically.

You will have to find a country that has the capability to defend itself militarily from hostile invasion.

You will need to relocate to a country that is not landlocked, or has full access to open seas thru rivers.

There are a lot of factors to take in if you sell/cash out your citizenship.

There are a couple of problems I can think of right off of the top:

1) The Land. Which land mass would we occupy as said country of Blacks? Would they allow us land in say, Africa? I'm thinking about how Liberia was a disaster, understanding that it was designed to be a failure because most Blacks were not from there.

2) There's an assumption that all of us are from the various countries on the African continent. Some of us are Native to this land mass (even though most would refute the claim). North and South America were the home of many so-called Blacks before the Mongolians migrated over the Land Bridge.

I like the out of the box thinking though... I'm sick of white folks.

I found this map a while ago. It show the battles that were fought at different time periods... Peep the end, then you see why white folks always leave their natives lands over and over.
