one foot jumpers. While impressive, this cat took off with two feet. I think he could do a full free throw line dunk, off two feet, with both feet behind the line.

Start at 2:55 you still have to skip around b/c dude talks to much but you see how far he is behind the line on one, and he goes in between his legs when he jumps from the same spot where people go over the line on another
Yeah, you're missing the fact that this shit is impressive. It's hard enough to do that on a regular dunk. Adding the windmill makes it exceptionally great!
