I don't disagree, but we could say that about life particularly women in general. Even if she worked a normal 9 to 5, she could be putting her career at risk. I've seen someone get indirectly replaced when she returned from maternity leave. She technically had a role, but they kind of removed her responsibilities.they couldn't outright fire her, but they did other things to make her leave on her own. Let's say she's an R&B singer. She likely to miss potential tour money. Maybe she takes off from creating music altogether for two years. Everyone isn't Beyonce. Your Serena example speaks to this. You can't run across a court with a baby inside of you. Worse you've likely taken your body out of competitive condition even after giving birth. That's why women are choosing not to have kids or have them after establishing their careers. Different industry but this is everyday life for women. If she takes this somewhat seriously or understands her looks are important, she'll workout or get whatever done to continue just like other female entertainers. Or she let's herself go and loses her fanbase.
