Is Anyone Watching TNT's 'The Last Ship'? Awesome Show

Now, for us Navy folk, there is a little bullshit on here - like when the Commanding Officer is leading land infantry missions, or when a CIWS (Close In Weapons System - the little thing on the back of a Navy Ship that looks like R2-D2 that shoots over 3000 rounds per minute) doesn't take out a missile, or but all in all the show is enjoyable. It's got a pretty heavy following on twitter and so far there have been almost 3 complete seasons (just finished Episode 10 of 13 from season 3).

If you are looking for a new show to get into or want to binge watch something before football season starts, this is a great show to get into.

I think that it is one of the few shows that I have seen that has a large former and current military following...which I think is interesting. I am shocked that more traditional broadcast outlets have not developed this kind of original programming.....outside of CBS's JAG and NCIS type of stuff.
