I'm saying music, acting, anything. Like is it impossible or highly unlikely that you reach a certain status without something happening or overcoming an issue along the way?
Drugs, mental issues, domestic, gay rumors, sexual assault etc. Do they come with the territory or are they only highlighted for certain people?

It is tough to get ahead in the U.S. and especially Hollywood unless you are into racial cannibalism. Those are the people that are elevated and achieve success with whites.

That why when ppl make up fake stories it becomes believable
Notoriety is more of an socially inclined attribute like a sport player who plays in front of fans so he's use to the attention in public.

This is exactly right. It doesn't matter what success one has in any field. There will always be those that think you're wrong or simply be jealous because they didn't get what you did. Weather they openly or subtly express it, they'll let you know.
