An Israeli journalist published information about a number of Palestinian fighters who will be released in the prisoner exchange deal:
1. Ibrahim Abdel-Hay, the commander of the group that attack a shopping mall in Petah Tikva in 2002. The attack killed two Israelis and injured about 50 others. He will be permanently expelled.
2. Osama Ashqar and Muhammad Naifa who were responsible for two attacks during the Second Intifada in October 2002 in the village of Khormash and Kibbutz Matar. In these attacks, 8 Israelis were killed.
3. Ahmed Abu Hader, a senior Fatah official who planned the suicide attack on Tel Hashomer Hospital.
4. Ahmed Al-Shaybani and Hossam Abed who is responsible for the attack on Al-Amarq shopping mall in 2003, which killed 3 Israelis and injured 70 others.
5. Ahmed Slim and Hussam Khalabi, members of a Fatah movement that killed 2 Israelia in the West Bank in 2002.
6. Ahmad Deidi, a member of Islamic Jihad in the West Bank who was convicted of the killing of Ali Benton in the village of Jadish in 2003.
7. Mahmoud Atawunah and Ahmad Aref al-Asfarah who killed two Israelis in Gush Etzion in 2019.
8. Ahmed Owaid, who has 7 death sentences for aiding the Palestinian fighter who attacked the Halil Cafe in Jerusalem in 2003, which killed 7 Israelis.
9. Iyad Mahlous, a prisoner from East Jerusalem who tried to smuggle cell phones into prison a few years ago.
10. Iyad Masalmeh, a Hamas member who organized the 2002 Karimi Sur shooting attack in which 3 Israelis were killed.
11. Ayham Sabah, one of the Palestinian fighters who carried out the knife attack on the Rami Levy in the Binyamin Industrial Area, killing an Israeli soldier in the attack.
12. Ahram Hamed, head of a Fatah group who was responsible for a series of shooting attacks in the Binyamin area during the Second Intifada, including the killing of two Israelis in 2001.
13. Amjad Hamed, Fayez Hamed, and Abdullah Ishaq, members of a group that carried out a shooting attack near Douma in 2015, in which a Sikh was killed.
14. Abdul Qader Awais (a commander of the Al-Aqsa Brigades) and Amjad Takatke who were involved in the suicide attack in the Yehuda Market in Jerusalem in 2002, which killed 6 Israelis. Awais was also responsible for other attacks in Afula and King George Street in Jerusalem.
15. Anwar and Ma'zouz Basharat, members of a group that in 2003 murdered Masoud Alloun, a 72-year-old Israeli who had been missing for days and whose body was found next to his burned-out car in the Jordan Valley.
16. Ishaq Arefa who carried out a bombing attack on the Ummah buildings in Jerusalem in 2011, killing 2 and injuring 37 others.
17. Ismail Radideh who killed one person near Jerusalem in 2001.
18. Ashraf Abu Sarwar who killed two soldiers near Rachel's Tomb in the West Bank in 2000.
19. Ashraf al-Hawwi who killed two soldiers in an attack in Deir Balut in 1993, was later released in the Shalit deal and re-arrested.
20. Bassel Mahalev and Jasser Raddad who killed soldier Yaron Fikhels near the Kerem River in 2002.
21. Bahjat Ashqirat who killed two bodyguards in the Kidron Valley in Jerusalem in 2003.
22. Bilal Abu Ghanem who carried out the attack on bus number 78 in Ermanos al-Naqib in Jerusalem, killing 3 Israelis, in 2015.
23. Bashir Harroub who in 2013 ordered the assassination of retired Colonel Yaya Ofer in his home in the Bekaa Valley in the town of Buruz.
24. Jihad Najjar who killed Ya'er Har Sinai from the south of Mount Hebron in 2001.
25. Jamal Jaara who carried out a suicide attack at the Stage Club in Tel Aviv in 2005, killing five Israelis.
26. Jaafar Abu Hanani who killed Dineh Guetta in Haifa in 2001.
27. Hani Homsi who was an officer in the PPA and in 2001 killed Stanisław Sandomierski near Ramallah, and hid his body in the trunk of his car.
28. Hitam Salahiyeh who in 2014 planned an attack from inside prison to kidnap an Israeli soldier to use in negotiations for the release of prisoners.
29. Hitam Batat, a member of the Hamas group who participated in two attacks in which 4 Israelis were killed: an attack near the Southern Command in Beersheba, in which two female soldiers were killed, and a shooting attack near Hebron, in which two Israelis were killed.
30. Wael al-Arja who killed two in a stone-throwing attack near Hebron in 2011.
31. Khaled Katineh who carried out the 2015 Jerusalem attack that killed Shalom Yehoshai Sherki.
32. Hamed Malekh who killed a Golani soldier near the Afra intersection in 2017.
