They will likely not strike first because they are not sloppy, not because Israel has nukes. Iran has already hit some designated targets in Israel ( Nevatim airbase, IDF intelligence center, etc.) bypassing their defense systems (iron dome, David's sling, Arrow, etc.), even after giving a two-week notice to give Israel, US, UK, France and Jordan prep time. Then Israel responded with a limited strike.
