James Brady's Death Ruled a Homicide
James Brady, The former White House Press Secretary who barely survived a gunshot to the head during the 1981 assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan's death has been ruled a homicide.
Hinckley was found not guilty in 1981 due to Insanity so even if he's charged with Brady's death wouldn't Hinckley's state of mind at the time of the shooting be upheld? I smell a skunk.
Don't get me wrong. I do not support John Hinckley Jr. happily. I support the idea that you can't manipulate the rules in your favor 30 years later.
