Its like a nice little family show. Kinda cheesy humor. I'm not a fan of the forced humor but if you are it can work for you.
It's comedy structure seems to be from the 1990's model. ... joke setups, structure and punch line are old. It's like watching GOOD TIMES with 2021 eyes. It'll make u chuckle a little but it feels out of place. Respect to the talent in the show tho. They just need better writers. It reminds me of when Jamie Foxx wanted to get serious about his music career and Kanye and a few others advised him to upgrade his approach to making songs. Same thing here.
