Remember that he has no kids and you do not know how what he intends to do with his estate after death. He may give it all to the poor.
I just handled the estate of a rich school principal with no kids. He lived a lavish life but surely gave all his remaining estate to the education of minority kids in South Georgia.
Just looked him up. He gives to about 13 charities. One charity in Bed-Stuy they say from his yearly donations is the reason why the arts and education program its still open. And he has donated about 18 cars to charities.
