Not true most women aren't dedicated enough to stay at it until they get results. Their buns don't have any yeast. They're not rising overnight.

Exactly. The ass is a muscle so you can definitely add some heft with lower body workouts targeting it. The crazy thing is that the "perfect" ass is one with a little fat over the muscle. I cant imagine thinking that about any other body part. :lol:

It's more than just squats. You would be shocked at what the really good trainers can do with dedicated people. I've actually seen it done in both directions. There's muscle in those asses and just like we can build muscle for our chest, arms and legs so can women. Women carry most of their strength in their legs. Now factor in the right supplements.

When I was in the gym everyday you would see women working their legs, flattening their stomachs, leg pressing full racks (900 lbs). An no they're not growing Cherokee size asses but yeah they can and do reshape their bodies.

Every gym around me has classes specifically designed to help cac bitches get ass. :smh: Pre-covid, the funniest shit was seeing them do squats and box jumps etc. and to see a sista walk by with ass busting out her leggings:lol:

Yea read the info she post, don’t seem like she eats much but she also said she didn’t want to do plenty heavy lifting and eating since she was also thin. She just wanted a little cushion back there
