Please elaborate. Yes property taxes are tax deductible but that doesn't mean you don't have to pay them, or that you get reimbursed for what you spent. Not even close. I ran the numbers thru and the estimated taxes on 3.25 million dollar assessed value home (50%) there would be in the 150,000 dollar a year ballpark. The owner has to pay every penny of that, tax deductible or not.
