Hopefully she is doing this naturally. If she is using Ozempic or some weight loss drug, that weight will be back on by this time next year.

I laughed at some of the comments but being obese is no laughing matter. Its all fun and games until the body starts shutting down. Many folks want to embrace being overweight. :smh: I can only speak for myself when I say. Being overweight made me want to eat more and made me feel bloated and craving junk food, sweets and highly processed garbage. The more of that stuff I ate, the more I wanted because it didn't contain any nutrients to fuel the body. Fuel your Microbiome with garbage and that's what it signals to the brain for a person to continue to eat. Folks don't seem to understand you are what you eat. :dunno:

I only eat two small meals a day and I never have any cravings because I no longer fuel my body with low energy foods anymore. My body gets all the nutrients it needs so I eat much less than I did when I was fat. I did it the right way so I have no loose skin, and no stretch marks. The only way I was able to do that is because I took it slow and easy loosing a couple pounds a month, then built back 20 pounds of muscle.

Folks want instant results which lead to hunger, depression and a "diet" instead of a lifestyle change. Loosing and keeping weight off has to be a lifestyle change and most people are not willing to do that. Can't find that in a pill or surgery, My comments are not for people with genetic issues, but even those would still benefit from eating a healthy diet. It has to come from within. Nothing good came from me being overweight. Nothing!!!

Props to ole girl for her journey.

Props to her.

No fat bitch wants to be fat or feels good about it. All an act. Her, Monique, Oprah, yada, yada, yada... they all try to be a normal size in the end. And now with these new drugs, it's game over for the body positivity nonsense :itsawrap: .

The ozempic effect:

Everyone doesn't have to look like a fitness model, but women being 5' 5" 200lbs aint it. And God knows brothas have to do better, we're barely making it out of our 50's :smh::smh:
