Well...thinking about it. Things change. Charlie is in his 70s now. His two brothers have passed on. The unique thing that existed with the brothers can't be duplicated. Yet, If Charlie wants to pass the legacy of the group on to a younger gen and it has his blessing, who am I to judge? The brotha Gavyn can sing and seems like he's got stage presence. Sounds like he writes too.

Maze is continuing on after Frankie's passing (under a new name). I'll be looking out for new music from both groups. Hopefully it'll be good.

I think this is all it is too. The Gap Band is being promoted as having shows this week in Honolulu although I see the argument in just having a new name, but it wouldn't get the same attention.
