Chelsea Anne Manalo is a Filipino model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024.

She will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant.

Manalo previously competed in Miss World Philippines 2017 where she placed in the top 15.

Early life
Manalo was born in Meycauayan to an American father and a Filipina mother, Contessa Manalo.
After the death of her father, she was raised by her mother and stepfather.

I was stationed at Cubi Point (the air base at Subic Bay Naval Base) from December 1989-March 1990. There were a lot of descendants there from the Vietnam veterans from the 1960's. There were many blazians when I was there. I smashed 4 of them, but I kind of felt sorry for them. There was one named Heidi who looked like Gabriel Union. Looking back I should of cuffed her because she was straight mentally and physically.

Saw a couple in the mall at Cebu City. Was with my wife though…..

Brothers left a big trail of blasians through there, Thailand and Vietnam once the war ended.

Oh yeah, the native Filipinos are Negritos. They are black. I saw them with my own eyes. You can put one of them in the US and everyone would say they are black.
