Mississippi Legal: Contraception Begins at Erection Act aka No Pull Out Definite Pay Out Law

I just want to know if wet dreams are now criminalized and will get you locked up or if you are safe as long as you were dreaming of impregnating someone.

Also if the woman you are seeing is on BC or unable to conceive, is the sex therefore illegal?

And finally, are facials now outlawed not only in porn, but private residences?

Inquiring minds want to know.

On the other hand, maybe if the menfolks bodily autonomy is finally endangered by legislation, they will stop letting these weirdos get elected.

I'm personally waiting on the bill that will restrict viagra/ED meds to married men with wives of childbearing age and only with consent of the wife to make sure it's being used in house and so that she isn't having to deal daily with 4 hour erections when she's tired as hell. I'm waiting for the case to be made that they are overriding God's will by making it possible for men He made impotent to conceive, just like they say its overriding His will for women to take BC so they can't conceive.

I also want a study done of known rapists and whether or not they were using ED drugs while committing the act.

Let's put everyone under scrutiny and not just women.

What if the condom breaks is that second degree discharge? Who reports these crimes?

Condoms don't prevent discharge, they prevent the discharge from fulfilling it's God given purpose of impregnating a woman. They will be outlawed. If you were a good and upstanding citizen, you'd self report. Tho the woman trying to tie you down for 18 years might help out.

Is using a condom a charge with this bill?

It would have to be. according to the RAW LAW, (lol) If you wearing a condom, you are trying to AVOID fertilizing an egg. (I don't know how you fertilize an "embryo", which is an egg that has already been fertilized- as far as I know)
anyway, yeah, Firing shots without the express intent of getting someone preggo would be a crime. Like Camile said, so facials, backshots, pearl necklaces, your girl topping you off when she's on her period, supermanning that ho , temple of zod, wet dreams... all crimes.

plus, once a woman is pregnant, I guess you not allowed to hit anymore, cause she's already fertilized... so that essentially means you get to bust once every year or so. Makes your birthday even more special.... I guess

Actually, it says discharge with a contraceptive intended to prevent fertilization was an exception.
