AEW Double Or Nothing Predictions
AEW World Championship - Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Christian Cage: Swerve retains but I expect this to be an overbooked mess.
Anarchy In The Arena - The Elite (Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry, Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) vs. Team AEW (Bryan Danielson, Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood and Darby Allin): The Elite wins. This style of match has run its course and it's not fun anymore. AEW takes a concept and runs it into the ground.
AEW TBS Championship - Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Mercedes Mone: Three different scenarios can play out from this and I'm not sure which one they'll go with.
Scenario 1: Kris Statlander turns on Willow and helps Mercedes win.
Scenario 2: Mercedes gets help to win from a debuting Kamille or Megan Bayne.
Scenario 3: Willow retains with help from a returning Britt Baker revealing herself to be the one who turned the lights off attacking Mercedes backstage.
AEW International Championship - Roderick Strong (c) vs. Will Ospreay: Ospreay win and defends the belt in New Japan, RevPro, as well as AEW.
AEW Women's World Championship - Toni Storm (c) vs. Serena Deeb: At no point in time will Serena Deeb ever be a world champion. She's technically gifted in the ring but boring as fuck. She's the women's version of Dean Malenko. Toni retains then Mina Shirakawa comes out and officially challenges Toni for the World title at "Forbidden Door 3".
IWGP World Heavyweight Championship Eliminator match - Jon Moxley vs. Konosuke Takeshita: Enough with the Eliminator match nonsense. Just make this a title match. This should be a great match though. Might even be a show stealer.
AEW TNT Championship -- Adam Copeland (c) vs. Malakai Black (Barbed Wire Steel Cage match): This style of match wasn't earned for the way the story has progressed in this feud. Copeland retains.
FTW Championship -- Chris Jericho (c) vs Hook vs. Katsuyori Shibata: Don't give a fuck!
Orange Cassidy vs. Trent Beretta: Don't give a fuck!
Pre-Show Zero Hour Match: Thunder Rosa vs. Deonna Purrazzo: Don't give a fuck!
On paper this is one of the weakest ppv cards AEW has done. Glad I didn't get this in Saint Louis.
