I watched this week AEW Dynamite this morning!!..That was a really good Dynamite show!!.. 
.....Pretty much all the matches on the show was good!!..That match with Shelton Benjamin vs Kyle Fletcher was the match of the show!!..That match was so good!!......That Battle Royale match was alright!!...Damn Swerve gave Max Casper the beatdown in their match!!..lol....That Jay White vs PAC match was good!!..After that match, it got interesting when the Death Riders, Hangman, Orange Cassidy, and Christian Cage came out!!..The last match with Brody King vs Claudio Castagnoli was good!!....These Tournament Matches has been good so far!!..
This was a good Dynamite show this week!!..

Some how involve the loss they still made Jaida Parker look stronger. They will need to move her to Raw. She will get better she's still a little Raw like Bianca was went she left NXT but improved to Main Event WrestleMania.
Giulia I understand the investment and the need to push her but Im still not blown away by her skills. She bores me, now Stephanie Vaquer is a NXT star in the making but she is small. Somehow they made Wren Sinclair interesting over the past two weeks back to jobbing for her.
I think they will move the following from NXT to one of the main rosters

I love Jaida, but they ain't moving her to the main roster anytime soon, Je'Von Evans either. This is the first full on story that Jaida is in, and it's showing her promise, she's gonna get a title run at some point before they send her up.
Stephanie is the same size as Asuka, and bigger than Io, her size will not be a problem. I'm getting Indi Hartwell vibes from Ren Sinclair, not sure how that's gonna go. Once Giulia gets fully adjusted, you should see her take off.
Definitely agree with you on Ethan, there's nothing more for him to do in NXT. Lexis King...meh... if they move him he's gonna end up in the 2nd or 3rd round releases, he's got work to do.
Of the women you mentioned moving to the main roster, Lash, yeah, Jakara if shes going with Lash, yeah. Sol Ruca, yeah, but the the rest of them, they ain't been there long enough, and will get lost in the shuffle like a lot of the last set of NXT call ups. (Example Lyra)

Depends on when. Too many women with size on Smackdown right now (Bianca, Jade, Nia, Bayley, Tiff), unless they do it during the draft and shake things up, but if she gets called up right after she loses the title, it will probably be on Raw where more of the smaller women are (Iyo, Kairi, Ivey, Lyra, Liv). Especially if she's going to be in with the upper tier women.
