That Jey intro at Mania will be epic. He's beating Gunther at Mania. They foreshadowing that with Gunther in those promos. I don't know about pulling the trigger on Jey though.
I think it's a good idea because Gunther has been such a bust as champ that the belt needs a little bit of hype back on it.

Have jey win it and hold it for a short time and then drop it to Seth or drew

Damn, think of the amount of main event talent the WWE has right now, looking at both the mens and women's rumble it's actually insane.

And there's still people out that didn't compete like becky and Randy. Just crazy.
This year's rumble is up there with the '92 rumble in terms of the big names in it and not being able to predict who would win.

You're right, I completely forgot about Randy, but I'm glad they brought AJ back and I'm glad that it looks like they are going to give Penta a real push.

Whoever made the comment about Joe Hendry is correct, I dont know much about dude, but if he's the TNA champion, I hope they dont make the same mistake when they did the original invasion angle with WCW and turn him into a jobber.

par for the course
there was literally one black male regular on the roster in the Rumble
if you count the street profits we got 3 that made appearance tonight (not counting Cody)

we is in a better spot overall but the more things change the more they stay the safe
pro wrestling aint never been for us

but happy black history month y'all
at least Cena got popular stealing black culture (better than nothing right?)
Black Wrestlers carried the WWE through the Pandemic

Terrible idea to have this piss break tag match at the Rumble
HHH really loves these guys for some reason :smh:
Everything they did, they could have done on Smackdown. Including that bullshit ending.

The fact that Cole had to legitimately explain the "logic" of the ending just spells out how bad a setup it was. If Street Profits want a piece of DIY, why not just take that piece? I get that they want a title shot, too, but... nah, it just played really weird.

It's kinda like all of the tag team drama in NXT. They had three weeks of tag teams just brawling backstage and on the apron for no reason other than they were told "show me something". Although to be fair, I sorta blame Ava for that, because she never really gave a clear message. I think it was supposed to be shades of the "ruthless aggression" speech that Vince gave back in the day, but that had some actual focus to it.
