A lot of commentators today are trying to sound like legit sports announcers. Bobby Heagan was a character thru and thru. On the mic, in the ring, backstage.... don't matter, Bobby Heagan is gonna do Bobby Heagan.

I loved have Jesse Venture on the call for SNME. The old school dudes just do a better job.

They can add to the group Wrestlers with a strong amateur background. They will feud with the likes of the LWO, or any Mexican or Canadian born faction or wrestlers.

LOL, it ain't that serious.
Pretty much all these releases are warranted and it's the company dropping dead weight from the roster.
The only release that caught me off guard (and that I question a little) was Isla Dawn since she has a good look, can talk, and is decent in the ring.
Plus, she got a fatty.
If you just keep everyone around and never release anyone you end up with a bloated roster with an out of control payroll like AEW.

I'm watching Collision, and I feel like they're leaning into being a wrestling parody show. 6 man tag match, match is over, 1 cat getting beat down by the other team, while his teammates argue on the apron and watch him getting his ass kicked. Then they each enter, 1 at a time and get their asses kicked. Kommander, who is smaller than anyone involved comes in and makes the save beating up 3 guys....then, they finally get the upper hand on him, then the lights go out, a video package plays for Axiom or Hologram or whatever the fuck....mind you Kommander is still in the ring with they're "trying to remove his mask". Video package ends, the lights come up, nothing, mutha fuckas standing around, lights go down and turn blue....mutha fucka does a full entrance, and then attacks the other 3....WTF....

I thought about pulling up to Collision without tickets to see if I could get in for free (or close to it).
Thought better of it and decided to just watch from home. First time I've watched Collision in forever.
There were a couple of entertaining segments that all involved the women.
Mercedes-Harley Cameron and Mariah May-Toni Storm.
Other than that, the show was pretty forgettable.

He's at least getting TV time, but yeah, it's sink or swim for him right now.
Maybe if they bring Trick up to the main roster and reunite him with Carmelo or they send Carmelo back down to NXT they could have something.
They pretty much just have him as a joke doing jobs to everyone.
That usually means you've got one foot out the door.
