I haven't finished all of Vengeance Day yet, but I really appreciate the quality of the matches and the crowds reaction. Prob my favorite match so far was the tag championship match. The reason why I say that is because that match was better than ANY tag match that the main roster has put out this year. This is why the ratings are going up.
Trick Williams match was good and the Jevon Evans match was good as well. I'm going to finish it up today and give my final thoughts but this was a high quality PLE and I think this is actually better than AEW at this point. I havent seen Ricky Starks wrestle yet, but everyone seems to be excited. Shawn Michaels is doing an outstanding job and furthermore, this looks like where the brothas are thriving. I would love to see a Femi and Bron Breaker match.

A few weeks ago it was mentioned that WWE trademarked a number of wrestling names with the patent office. Folks were jumping on the news saying they are changing Ricky's name.
Watch the contract signing be on some "my name is Ricky Starks and I'm not signing that under a different name"....
Damn near everything on WWE/NXT television is done for a reason.
Their international shows will always be successful due to the lack of top tier wrestling shows that tour regularly in international markets.
How are they doing domestically? Unless they are going to be touring every month and doing international shows (which will cost them more money due to travel and logistics) they will continue to struggle to make money.
WWE does monster numbers when they go international. Difference is, WWE is doing monster numbers domestically as well.

Motherfuckers just had an international show in an indie promotion 16x16 ring that didn't even have proper stairs, where the ring aprons didn't even fit, and one of their talents (Buddy Murphy) rolled his ankle in his entrance into said ring and they are over here crying about a wrestling podcaster?

Yep, from him debuting out through the crowd to purposely not mentioning his name, they're working a "he's not supposed to be here/he's an outsider/" type angle. I can't imagine he'll go by anything other than Ricky Starks.
It's not like AEW trademarked the name, it's his actual name and he used the same name before he got to AEW.
I'm wrong about something concerning wrestling at least once a week so probably.

Hear me out, Sol Rucca and Maxxine Dupri could make a great tag team, send both "away" to train and repackage them. Start calling them the female "Mid" night Express or Rucca Roll Express they never quite make the top of the division hence the name Mid but there will be a special moment like the 1-2-3 Kid that will get them over.
