Wrestling beld designs are generally terrible today and I suspect it's because it's they are basically just big ass billboards.

Wrestling beld designs of the past were gorgeous. I was never a WCW fan but the big gold belt is my All-Time favorite design

The Big Gold and the original Winged Eagle belt from the WWF are the two greatest of all time.
I know some of the more old school fans like the old NWA 'Ten Pounds of Gold' belt, but those two take me back to my peak fandom as a child.
