President Obama Prefers Kendrick to Drake, Disappointing Millions of Non-Voters in Canada



Barack Obama, already a known Kendrick Lamar fan, has doubled down on his fandom by declaring his favoritism for the Compton-born Kendrick Lamar over Canadian import, Drake. "Gotta go with Kendrick," Obama said in a YouTube Q&A yesterday (around 17:00 in the video above) when asked which artist would win in a rap battle. "I think Drake is an outstanding entertainer. Kendrick ... his lyrics, his last album was outstanding. Best album, I think, last year." Obama is on the record for saying that "How Much a Dollar Cost" was his favorite song of last year(sorry, "Hotline Bling") and even met with Lamar in the Oval Office earlier this month. In response to a separate question, Obama revealed that Han Solo was his favorite Star Wars character and A New Hope is his favoriteStar Wars film. Hey, once he's done with this whole leader of the free world thing, the President could probably freelance as a cultural critic. (Who needs a health plan when you have Obamacare?)

Along With His Love For Kendrick Lamar, President Barack Obama Is A Fan Of J. Cole. According to Complex, the 44th president was at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee on Friday.

Obama ended up showing some love for the 2014 Forest Hills Drive rapper, who performed at the fundraiser before Obama’s appearance at the fundraiser.

The President then followed up with admiration of Cole:

“I love J. Cole. You know, this is the benefit of having teenage daughters”

What surprised many is that Obama even met some of Cole’s family members:

“I got a chance to see J. Cole’s mum and grandma.”

There’s a really good chance that the next president won’t be as cool or hip to music as President Obama.
 
He went with the safe answer. The elf from Cali makes self esteem music for folks that didn't come from a married normal two parent home.

Rappers shouldn't provide an education. If a thug rapper is educated Your kid You've failed as a parent .

How cool is Obama? What other president could you see doing this? Maybe Bill Clinton maybe Bernie. I don't see Hilary doing this. Trump might but it would be handpicked people though.
