Long story short, we get to walmart, pick up cod4, get back to the complex...and i was like...hold on...I called Walmart and was like...yo, we just bought a game no less the 45mins ago..and there is no game inside the case, the store manager was like, "im sorry, if u come back now, i will replace it"...I was like let me hold ya receipt , i went back to walmart with the empty case....15mins later....I had another copy of COD4.

that is completely and utterly dishonest. That being said about 6 years ago I bought a steve Harvey DVD one man or one stand something like that. When I got home there was no DVD in the case. I went back up there and they gave me another but not before acting like it was impossible for it to not have been in the case. They acted like I was lying and I was not.

Fuck that scam. I Bought a $399 A/V receiver at Best Buy when I went to pick it up I could hear something moving around in it so I had them open the box up. when they opened it there were two bricks in that shit and no receiver. I waited there for three hours trying to get another receiver because the manager thought that I was trying to pull a scam even tough the box was opened buy a Best Buy employee in the damn store. I would have lost $399 If I took this think home .

Dam this story is funny cuz my wife bought my son Smackdown 2008 for his new XBOX-360. He opens it up Christmas morning and there was no game inside. The wife was pissed and insisted she be the one to return it. Lucky I had the video camera running when he opened it. She also had a newspaper article where a guy bought a PS3 and got home only to find a telephone book inside. She said there where many people in line and she had to get loud once the store manager got there and told her it was impossible for a sealed game to be missing. She then shows in the tape and news article and he had to eat crow. They did not have the game in stock so she had to go to another store to pick up. Cheating is wrong no matter how you look at it. I work for mines and I expect people to do the same.
