I just found out the woman I have been with for years is cheating with a brother from out of state she's been making trips every weekend for the past month, found text messages under the this a lady with a male sounding first name trick. traced on the net mans real name and address, called and he picks up had it on speaker so wife could respond she said nothing was quite she went away,i have a young kid and i don't want her to return here what can i do legally I don't want to kill her ass, police said all i can do is call to mediate the situation lock is being changed.

Don't change those locks and you can't use abandonment especially if the proof of the police was there with her trying to get in, just like the law don't look down on abandonment, they also don't look too nicely on lying to gain your way. It's viewed as she left at the advise of the police as a cool down period, that was best for the child tonight.

Get a lawyer and get one fast, but I would strongly advise you on not changing the locks.

Sorry that she cheated. My prayers is that you get passed this and don't become a bitter man.

than what do i do to keep her out of the house and bitterness is not in me, i will be in some ass but i am trying to protect my kid.

I agree with not changing the locks... just keep your conversations with her to the absolute minimum... keep it short and sweet, make it uncomfortable for her to stay. keep the cops on speed dial and if the bitch even raises her voice, call them... but remember always keep it level headed and calm...

That's why I said get a lawyer and get one fast and let him advise you. Even it's just for a consultation, but don't fuck yourself over if you're not sure of the laws in your state. Or ask the police is it legal to do that.

Also tell her she can stay gone with rights to see the child away from the house with you there or you can go to court and file legal separation and make her life hell. My point here is see if you can get her to cooperate without having the drag the baby through the hell you're already going through.

Is the woman your wife?

If she is, putting her out can get a little sticky, even if the house is in your name.

If you live in a community property state, it won't even matter if the house is only in your name. Pursuant to applicable statutes, she has an interest in the home through marriage so technically, you can't put her out of "her" house, ya dig?

We need more info.

yes it is my wife, I am Filing separation papers in the morning she is due back mon night I try to be Vague of course I have friends on board that I don.t want info to get out. funny thing is I got dude Phone and other information online and she is still denying that she doesn't know who the guy is even when his name is the first name of the fake female name on the texts her drunk ass forgot to delete, (the Internet is a beautiful thing if you know how to use it)
married over 10 years swore she would never cheat never belived her but this was to obviose, her plan was to finish school here and move on.
