This means the coins won't be introduced back into circulation for a while.

They will "confirm" covid on the money in order to stop circulating it. And scared fools will believe them, even though money has been spending all this time.
They intend to be able to track every cent you spend and where and if you do something they don't want you to do, they can just turn your money off because it will be digital.
