NBA draftees attempt to identify things from the 90's

:lol::lol::lol:

I understand the Destiny's Child's one because they used a picture that really doesn't look like Beyonce but everybody knows what a Easy-Bake Oven is. Those niggas are just retarded

The first few seemed more 80s than 90s. I was alive through the whole 90s and wouldn't recognize a SNES by picture. And I never played kitchen so "toy oven" is the best I could have done there.

hmmm. .

keep in mind - athletes dont represent the age bracket fully. they concentrate on their craft.

I wasn't born in the 70s but know the music from my pops records and made it a point to research music history and transformation from the beginning. do these kids have fathers that share their influence or care to learn the past? what 80s kid doesnt know the temptations? you dont have to be there first hand to know.

That really hurt to watch.
These kids were born in 2000!!
The Outkast one makes since because Speakerboxx/Love Below came out in 2003.
They were only 3.
Damn time goes by too fast. :(

It would be interesting to see an identification comparison based on pictures rather than name recognition. Jay-Z's ID rate over Nas would probably be more pronounced, Eminem would probably be the highest since he's the unicorn. But that's a digression from the Outkast convo as they're all still somewhat contemporary.

I'd bet money that more would have recognized Tupac, who died in 1997. Maybe you lose some based on photo choice but I guarantee a 100% recognition rate of the shirtless "Thug Life" tatted Pac. Biggie would similarly outrank Outkast, though probably not as strongly IMO. So I guess the formula is impact divided by time.

super nintendo and outkast were unforgivable

and fanny packs are worn today by the young crowd

these dudes are probably sheltered from focusing too much on b-ball...cuz I know I’m not that old :(

Fuck! Who are teaching these kids! You don’t know who OutKast is! The travesty! I had to cut the video off after that.

Bicentennials are starting to enter the workforce. Which will be funny for me to watch how the millennials respond. Us generation X’ers are still rolling and so we should sit back and laugh.

Fuck them kids

Fuck this thread

I’m about to go watch Boyz n the Hood again and hope Ricky gets away this time. :hmm:
He was gonna flunk out of college with that shitty as s sat score... His momma should've cried knowing that the smartest son was the gangster... Cube knew how to wear rubbers, cube knew not to play scratch offs in alleys when bloods are chasing you, cube was socially aware to know America don't care about struggling inner city kids, Rickey eating cakes impregnate teen whores and having shitty sat scores

Sound like Ricky would have made a great American. Lol

Nah... Beyonce, fanny pack is something they should've have known due to their popularity today, yet all them nigs knew what good burger was how sway
Truth be told Beyonce looks how her mother looked at the same age when they cane out. To us Beyonce looks the same but when you look at the old Destiny Child’s photos Beyonce looks so young and not what we see today. I can see why they didn’t know but what the hell was they mammas listening to? I guess they probably never seen a cd cover too. Smh.

Tupac died in 1996 f———

No excuse. :smh:

My niece who is their same age knows most of those answers.

Those mofos are just not informed.

I didn’t know who a lot of artist were at a young age that didn’t stop me from finding out and going back, same with TV shows and toys. I knew centipede was even tho it was before my time.
