Now you know I love me some great roll players, but the problem you have with them, is that
A- They are less flexable than regular player usually they are specialist who are good a few tasks.. This is a huge problem when you design your team to beat a team then that team changes up, but now you are stuck with players who are built for the old team.
B- If you win with them they start to believe they are better and more important than they are.. This is what I feel that LeBron was trying to avoid with the Cavs, yet its ugly head has reared itself on the team.. You can just look at the Tristian Thompson photo to tell whats going on..
C- They constantly have to be motivated and stroked, take Shumpert and JR, part of the main reason they are specialist roll players is because they don't have the mind set to stay focused and have the drive to win on their own... After they win or if they are on a losing squad, it gets harder and harder to whip them in shape.. The best case scenario is you get a Vinny Johnson type or a player who learns to motivate himself by embracing his roll, but those types are few and far apart..

The Cavs biggest problem is that LeBron was too kind making sure his boys specialist boys got paid the same as many stars now they are stuck with them making far more than they are worth on the open market, making it impossible for them to trade..

Why is it when someone says something you don't like you can call it crying, yet when you do the same exact thing you never consider it crying...
How can you not understand this simple logic...

dude this convo is between me and king t.. he came at me wrong a few yrs ago juss because i said i thought jordan was better than lebron..he came at me with as bitch fit..so ever since than i like to shit on lebron cause i kno it hurts him deep inside..out of nowhere ur ass popped up crying to a few months ago cause of my lebron insults..a few people kno i purposely shit on lebron juss to kick king t in the nuts but somehow u didn't get the memo and started crying me a river about why do i insult him..lebron needs to hug u so u can move forward with ur life

Go back and repost it, I mentioned that they were career numbers, remember I was the one who posted it... Plus the argument was that these Warriors are better than that Suns team, and I guess only a fool would argue against that now...

no the argument was u saying jordan didn't have no comp so when i told how good the suns were u try to downplay them and posted alternative stats like u the only nig with google on here..when i called u out u was said some bs like no no i was juss posting careers stats cause i didn't feel like looking up their 93 stats..caught moving the curve for ur idol lebron
