NFL Status

It appears that Colin will never play in the NFL again and I'm kinda surprised he hasn't came out given a public interview or statement yet. It also appears that the NFL has stepped up and started to give more money to causes in the black community and I know that has all came about because of the awareness given by Colin, Eric Reid and other players around the NFL...with that being said, has anyone's status changed for the better or worse with the NFL? Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts here...

My disdain for the nfl has been building for years.

Colin's situation took things over the top.

I lost interest. Colin coming back wouldn't change this fact.

It'd be nice but the damage is done.

The players play the toughest sport in the country.

Yet have no spines. They left a soldier out on an island.

Everyone's excuse was that, "Would you give up nfl money?".

I wouldn't have to if everybody sticks together.

It would be impossible to replace all of the black players.

Together we stand, divided we fall.

Individuals get singled out & eliminated. But a team rises.

nfl players won't stand for their brother or themselves.

That's why they have the shittiest security out of all the big sports.

Couldn't miss 1 preseason check to get a better labor agreement.

The owners have all the power & always will because nfl players plan poorly.

Whine & cry about NBA & MLB deals. No sympathy from me.

It's possible to be pro-the cause Colin was kneeling for and still watch the games. I know quite a few bruthas that are by no means "house n-words",but watched and gave Colin props. As an athlete, CK kinda lost me about 2 seasons ago when he played like shit against my Bears(pre Khalil Mack), 4 yards in 3 quarters. When Colin started the kneeling that was at the end of the Obama presidency and rise of Trump. I knew that his stance, while noble, wasn't gonna go over well. Too much of the country is too stupid, racist snd hypocritical(CAC muthafuckas buying beer and texting during the anthem) to grasp/empathize with his stance.
