I too am suspicious of vending carts out all day, but if they set up at 10-11am and bounce by 1-2pm that's cool.
In city areas they use the bathroom of Dept stores and other public facilities.
well i know here, you have to get a daily permit to setup shop. and that runs you like $75. the city will even charge you a $25 permit fee just to have a yard sale.
