Officer Charged With Pulling Gun At Haunted House
BALTIMORE (AP) ―

A Baltimore city police officer got a real fright at a haunted house -- and now he faces assault charges.

Baltimore County police say Sgt. Eric Janik pulled his gun on a haunted house employee dressed up as the killer from "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre."

Police say the employee approached Janik after the haunted house tour was over Sunday night in a bid to get "one last scream."

Instead, Janik pulled his service weapon and pointed it at the man's chest. The man dropped the chain saw, which had no chain and was not dangerous.

Charging documents show that Janik smelled of alcohol and told two different stories about what he did with the gun -- both of which were contradicted by witnesses.

Janik has been suspended with pay, pending a formal suspension hearing.

Yeah he's fucked, not because he pointed the gun at the empolyee its because he boozed up and had his gun on him. In every patrol guide it pretty much prohibits any officer from drinking and carrying their guns on them.

You can go out drinking just make sure u leave the heat at home lol
