Kobe was not better than Duncan during that time. He certainly wasn't better than Lebron during Martin' 15 year career.

He was a little extra on how bad of a passer LeBron was but I’m not sure McGrady as a better passer is outrageous.
A good as he was, McGrady was another of these players that had a style that "looked good", fans loved, and they turn into GREATS in revisionist reflection. There is no way that a player who was somehow a better passer than Lebron, never won a playoff series. It's impossible in a team game like basketball. Impossible.
