Ain’t no gotdamn LeBron Status fam lol. I just look at it like this. The NBA is their primary job. It’s literally their job to make sure their body is able to perform…..their job. Gary Harris is my guy. He’ll always be a Nugget to me and I hate that injuries derailed his career. He still “street clothes 2.0” tho.
The lack of empathy comes from people that work physical 12-16 hour shift, jobs 261+ days a year and they look someone who plays 6 months out the Year with few back-to-backs, play 30 minutes out a game that last 2 1/2-3 hours. Now, I know there‘s other things like practice and workout sessions but the average fan don’t see that so they’re going to judge off what they see.

Unfortunately some basketball "Fans" don't understand basketball and basketball competition.
Basketball in the bubble was a situation where teams could only focus on basketball and there were no home or away advantages.
Just one team against the other to see who was the best, and we're sorry for you that Boston didn't win.
The players even stated that it was the most difficult.
NBA players understand how hard it was and respect it, but 5 years later you casuals are still saying the same wrong bullshit.
Now back to football.

But it was not this decade regardless— whether you count the asterisk season or not, Steph has more championships in each decade.
It disproportionately benefited older injury-prone players and was not equivalent to an 82 game season followed by 4 playoff series. If you cut games took a big ass break before the playoffs every season, you’d have had different champions in a LOT of seasons.
It was more like an in-season tournament with series than a regular NBA title.

That was exactly the issue. It was not a normal season. To win championship you need to play on others court. The Lakers bubble championship was like a scientific test...it was not a real NBA season or playoffs. All other championship you need fly around and there is where the hard part is. The bubble championship was guys staying in their rooms before and after games. But yeah casuals would not understand.
That was a half a season and no travel to home and away. That season was a test tube. Most teams players did not even show up to the bubble. That season does not count for most people.
