Scoring is not the issue, their obsession with threes is.

They'll pass up a wide open layup to jack a three instead.

They'll miss 50 3s and just continue to shoot them instead of trying to score in the paint.

They'll have seven footers shooting fade away threes even though they're the tallest person in the building.
Exactly, every player in the NBA wants to be like steph curry with teams trying to shoot a bunch of 3s like the warriors.

It's boring because a lot of these teams be bricking shots trying to shoot 3s. Like it's nothing wrong with a mid range jump shot because it's all about winning the game whether they score 2 pts or 3pts.

These players need to see how teams played back then, if these players would play to win instead of shooting 3s like its some 3-point contest then more people would want to watch the NBA and it won't be boring.

But these analytics personnel and GM telling these players a 3 is more valuable than a 2 with coaches allowing their players to keep shooting 3s when that player isn't a good 3 point shooter.

After sifting through suitable options, the Nuggets’ best trade target could be the New Orleans Pelicans star Brandon Ingram.

Ingram is currently averaging 22.2 points, 5.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists while knocking down the three-pointer at a 37.4% clip on 6.4 attempts for the lowly 5-22 Pelicans.

The 2020 Most Improved Player award winner and former All-Star has proven his worth as one of the most consistent scoring options in the entire NBA, leading to many franchises inquiring about his availability as the Feb. 6 trade deadline approaches.

Recent reports indicate that the Nuggets have been named as a team currently exploring a move for the versatile 6-foot-8 forward.

“The Athletic report on the Nuggets’ search for a scorer, I’ve heard Brandon Ingram is another player among the group on their radar,” SNY’s Ian Begley reported via Twitter/X Tuesday night.

“FWIW: the clearest pathway for Denver to make a trade for a big scorer with a significant salary would be to include Michael Porter Jr. in a deal.”

In reference to The Athletic’s Sam Amick and his reporting on Denver’s chase for a shot creator to play alongside Jokić, the news of Porter Jr. needing to be shipped out in a potential deal was expected, as his salary would be best for matching a contract like Ingram’s.

Y'all must be having a fire sale, because Ingram and McCullough could both get traded and I heard rumors about him going to the bucks to reunite with dame..
