I got food poisoning twice in the early-2000s ... both times from work locations wherein too many people were involved in the food prep'. One time for a place with approximately 14 people staff included, and the other time with just over 30+ (2 locations that shared an industrial kitchen in the middle).
Man ... talk about bad experiences. Fever and sweats kicking in a few hours later. Feeling like you're gonna dry-heave in the car ... parking in the carport and grabbing the garden hose to cool off & guzzle water. Then being out of commission for a good stretch - complete with 6-pack and sharp ab definition from water depletion.
