I think they have or should rebuild, clear the books to have money to spend when players contract ends and try to draft well finding talent they could build around that could become a franchise player in the future.
But you're right about them not having money to spend. But when they finally have money to spend, hopefully they spend it wisely on players that they hope are good.
I think they should make some more .ones to get trade picks at the trade deadline.

Right, they need to get creative and have the WNBA vs NBA players which would be more entertaining and debate worthy about who is better.
