Load Management probably isn't what you think it is. It's not just a cute term to describe when Lebron wants rest.
The players are generally hurt and nursing real ongoing injuries. Like Zion. He's had muscle injuries, hamstring that has to closely monitored because they can reoccur very easily.
He's also had foot injuries which occurred easily with an explosive overweight athlete whose muscles, joints and feet are being overwhelmed.
So die those factors, manage his time practicing and playing will limit the risk of injury until fully healed.
Joel, well both him and Zion are too heavy. Zion looks like he's shedded some pounds so hopefully he's good to go moving forward.
People joke about Embiid and his injuries but don't actually think about his situation.
Usually 7 footers are skinny, Joel's a 7 footer that's probably pushing 300 pounds. And in all honesty, the human body isn't designed to be 7 feet so with that comes lots of issues.
Especially if you're carrying a couple of extra pounds. The knees, the joints and muscles are carry a heavy load and injure very easily depending on the person.
Kawhi has degenerative knee issues so be happy that he's able to play at all. In the past a player with his issues would've retired years ago.
Especially with the fact that he's no longer in lebron's shadow.Mf was balling! Let’s go AD!
Either we deal with Load Management or the player sits out the year until they're fully healthy.I know what it is and support it and rotinuely go 1 v 20 on here defending players about it.
But it's not the end all be all is all I'm saying.

Most players and fans don't want them to be gone for the year.I'm fine with either.
