I don't know if its going to happen, because it seems like he's getting a lot of interest from teams as a head coach

2) Then we need to fix our special teams (find a better kicker)
The idiot we have now singlehandedly lost us like 3-4 close games, because he missed multiple field goals

3) Then have a decent draft coming up
We have like 10 picks, so hopefully half can contribute next season
