As a team fan, or season ticket holder, I would rather enjoy my team every season. You can't fully invest in a losing team, that gets hot a couple of times.
49ers have not won a SB in 30 years, but a 49ers fan has enjoyed football more than a Tampa Bay fan the last 30 years.
A Ravens and Steelers fan, has had the most fun this century, win regularly, and won some SBs. Eagles have had a fun ride too, but only 1 SB win.
