RB Jordan Mason is gonna eat though
Dude is a pretty good runner
Usually good for 4-5 yards per carry & pretty decet catching passes out the backfield
His only issue is, sometimes he wifs in pass protection pickup though

It's irrelevant now, but based on your advice during preseason, I stashed alot of Mason on my bench....I told myself I was not touching any players going into the season with any health issues (CMC and Puka)......

I see Guerrendo might get some run too

I've already won my game, so, I'm going to put Jordan Mason in to see what happens tonight, since CMC is out. Like I said, the game's in hand, so I'm benching Deebo to see what Mason can do.

Hey fam, I just finished work
To be honest I haven't checked the 49ers message board to see who is active, etc, etc
So I'm not 100% sure who is fully healthy, etc, etc
But this is my best estimate


WR Chris Conley is mostly just used on special teams
He gets the occasional pass during games (only 1 or 2 passes per game)
So I wouldn't count on him for any fantasy numbers

WR Jacob Cowing & RB Isaac Gurendo will probably be the punt & kick returners
Gurendo will be strictly special teams, so I don't think he will get hardly any carries
Jacob Cowing could possibly see some catches though

Here's the deal with playing fantasy football picking the 49ers
If the Jets defense is going to run mostly "Man or Press Coverage".....you pick Aiyuk (or possibly Cowing) to have a big game
If the Jets defense is going to run mostly "Zone Coverage".....you pick Deebo and/or Kittle to have a big game

Deebo is in phenomenal shape this season, but sometimes he struggles against man coverage
Aiyuk is the main one who can beat man coverage, but I'm not sure what kind of "football shape he is in"
Since he just ended his holdout a couple days ago
Dude has been sitting on the couch for the past few weeks
The 9ers gotta be careful Aiyuk does not pull a hamstring or something

The wild card might be WR Jacob Cowing
I think he has the speed to beat man/press coverage.....if thats what the Jets are going to run
He looked good in preseason
But I have no clue how that will translate to the regular season
And I have no clue if Shannahan will give him (a rookie) a ton of snaps for game #1

I would probably bet the "Under" for this game

And if the Jets were smart,
They should man up Sauce Gardner on Deebo for most of the game
And put CJ Mosley on Kittle

Anything to get the ball in his hands quickly
