In this situation they do not even have a back up QB. Bears could of brought in a vet like Flacco or Tannehill to play a few games while the QB coach coaches him up during the game.
I feel bad for Bryce Young there doesn't seem to be any coaching for him on the Panthers. He had success in Bama for a reason, review film and work those plays in. Chargers need to grab him i can see Harbaugh working with him.
